General Shipping

  • All Virtuo Prints products are printed and prepared with care before shipment.
  • Orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Saturday, excluding applicable holidays.
  • Depending on the products included in your order, some items may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages.

When Will I Get My Stuff?

LISTED PRODUCTION TIMES:

  • Standard apparel typically requires approximately 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
  • Embroidered products, mugs, sublimation items, and custom handmade products may require approximately 5–10 business days for production.

SHIPPING FEE:

We are providing worldwide shipping.

  • For US orders, we charge $4.99 for every order.
  • For International orders, it will be $14.99.

SHIPPING TIMES:

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 6–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: approximately 4–8 business days

International:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 14–28 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: approximately 7–14 business days

Please note that production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, destination, carrier conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will send the tracking number to the email address associated with your order. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package online.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Shipping Multiple Orders

Orders placed separately, even on the same day, are processed individually and cannot be combined into a single shipment.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

We are unable to divide a single order and ship the items to multiple addresses.

If you would like products delivered to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or production, we may be unable to change the shipping address. Virtuo Prints is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Customs Charges and Delays

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the applicable customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Virtuo Prints does not control or collect these fees unless specifically stated during checkout.

International shipments may also experience delays due to customs inspections, clearance procedures, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our control.
